Army builder sets-hasbro's best idea in a while...

I saw the new pics of the droid and clone army builders. Thy are pretty good.

The droid army has one Battle droid, one super BD and one droideka.
I wish they had another variation, since there are less droidekas than super battle droids and less super battle droids that battle droids, they should have a 3 SBD pack and a 3 BD pack.

And now for the clone pack...
it is pretty good but i dont like the clone thats laying down. it doesnt look like something a clone would do. and i dont like that the one variation has a red clone, weve had enough of them.

all and all, theyre just what i wanted...

 

I like the clone sets, reminds me of these guys.

Ah yes. I often think of the clone troopers as the updated plastic army men.

 

What about Stormtrooper army builder sets. I want an actual, packaged, Stormtrooper set!

 

Not happy with the Stormtrooper army builder on the official site? It has four Stormtroopers.

 

The official fan club stormie trooper builder rocks. What don't you like about it?

 

I just want something carded is all. Something that I can find at the store. Something I don't have to send away for or order. That's all.

I actually like that particular version of the Stormtrooper (way better than the orginal) a lot! I just want easier access to large quantities of them, without paying an arm and a leg.

 

Yeah, I have to agree, Hasbro got it right with these new army builder packs, let's all just hope that we actually see them in stores in our lifetime!

Actually, from a rare breed like me (someone who thinks ROTJ is the best of the movies) I would love to see an ewok pack! But it'd have to be all new ewoks. I have all the vintage ones (carded too )except fopr that d@mn warok.... I like the army builder packs, but I agree that they should be sent to stores, and not Fan-club exclusives. Ebay, here I come!!!

 

I'd buy an ewok set as well.

The Clone Army, Droid Army, Jedi Army, and Droideka Launcher are going to be standard retail items.
