Acording to the Rebellion Era Sourcebook, Borsk had allied his clan, Alya, with the Alliance. Although, he was his same Borsky self back then too.

 

Borsk isn't even from Bothawui IIRC... he was just some low level bueaurocrat from some podunkj colony who worked his way to the top through ruthless politicking.

Yes, Borsk is from the Bothan colony world of Kothlis.

 

I meant head of the Bothan Council/government/whatever. There is someone listed as being in charge in the SoTE sourcebook, and I was wondering if he was in charge during the ANH period.
