    Yes, dude, yes.
As the afflicted gf of a guy who loves watching all that stuff, let me tell you: it sucks![face_plain]
And being able to talk about soccer afterwards is no compensation.

I have never seen what is so great about watching a load of hairy men run around a field kicking a ball, then whining about getting caught breaking rules, then whining again about falling over...

Then asking to get paid millions of pounds for 90 minutes of aforementioned running and whining

    It is ridiculous

    Same here.

If people wish to do play, it is up to them, but making it seem like you HAVE to like sports, you HAVE to LOVE playing sports is silly...

Typically when I tell people I don't like sports this is what I get:

    "You don't like sports!? [face_shame_on_you] "

I was playing foot ball in the youth team of Arminia Bielfeld for some time. It was fun, but even back then I didn't get what's so interesting about other people doing sports.
    Except if its pretty.
I like to watch figure skating if the guys look good...

Well over in England you have to like sports...

It replaces everything on the television...

Currently we have Wimbledon, where all English players have already lost... (as usual ;))
