Well this isn't going to plan, now is it! I guess if I hadn't broken myself, I could have been more enthusiastic!


But never fear good people of the FF, I am still planning our downfa-...I mean, our next social outing!


Enough with the exclaimation points.


Seeing as I am cast-bound and slightly house/work bound until March 6th, perhaps those of you inclined to go to the movies should do so without your poor CR and I can organise a coffee/tea/chocolate beverage thing instead (bring your own knitting/manservants) somewhere more accessable for cripples such as myself.

A few places I can think of are Max Brenners in Melbourne Central, Threshermans in Carlton and Dantes in Fitzroy. But I'd like to know a bit about other peoples favourite little coffee/drinking places. So please feel free to wax lyrical about your local latte lounge and fill me on its goodness as I always like exploring new places!

Jerk. You know how I dislocated my knee? Turns out I broken my ankle at the same time, but they didn't pick up on it until a week later (I was walking around on it for about four days) when I went back to the hospital to see how my knee was. So now I am in a cast.

well heres a social op for all, your resident Sith Lord has offered to give me a tiki-tour of your City. he even mentioned that he might introduce me to some of you crazy cats

so the date is pencilled in for the Sunday the 12th of Feb. I'll leave the organising up to Chris, as i won't have transport, let alone any idea how melbourne operates.

I can walk again (albiet wonkily) and I think it's time I took you lot in hand and made an effort to get to know you all better! Ha!


So I believe coffee is in order. Or at least, some sort of beverage. Definitely cake.

Well I'm afraid I can't be sure either way. If it were a few hours later I could definitely agree to be there, but that kind of pushes the gathering into evening mode, which isn't really what it is designed for.
