There used to be an animated ASCII version of ANH done in a java applet but I can't find it anymore. The person who did that REALLY had too much time.

 

actually i didnt draw it and I am very dissapointed it didnt copy over properly

If I was going to draw an ASCII image of an alcoholic beverage it would be a can of redbull w/ a vodka shooter mounted on an BM mobile launcher...........now thats class

 

Well, at least you can make out its a truck, ASCII was always a bit dodgy

 

It takes a mono-spaced font for it to work properly.

 

All this technology talk is too much for me. I know how to turn on a computer, run some programs, and crash the program - done that plenty of times at work just last week!!! Then I had to ring Sydney to get it fixed.

 

Dont worry JediNat your not alone - im not even allowed to turn on my computer...actually im not allowed within 20 metres of any electrical appliance

 

You don't have to be a computer guru. Just leave that up to your astromech droid. You do have one don't you?

Astromech droid? Didn't you know that I crashed that too?! I sold it to the Jawas - they gave me a good price for the scrap metal!

We watched it through several times, while it was being created, just to see how much further he'd gotten with it.
