Because it's winter.
Why do week-ends go by so quickly?
To annoy us.
Why can't weekdays go as fast as weekends?
Because they're longer.
Why does this winter seem a lot longer than last year?
Because we haven't had winter in over a year.
Why didn't I take today off as PTO?
Because a day off from work sometimes can be payment enough.
How can I get paid more, but have less responsibility?
Become a manager...
Why do I have to come up with this?
Because you asked the stupid question and answered another..
Why have I lost my train of thought?
Either your train of thought really has a caboose, or memory is the first thing to go.
Didn't we cover this topic?
I think memory is the second thing to go.
Now, where did I leave my keys?
On the dining room table.
Why is it only Tuesday?
In reference to the above topic, because weekdays draaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaggggg....
If memory is the second thing to go, what was the first thing?
I don't remember.
Do you think it's something important?
What were we talking about?
I'm not sure...
Why is the sky blue?
Because, "It's not easy being green"
Can you imagine Kermit and Yoda singing that as a duet?
Yes, it is easy to do because Yoda and Miss Piggy are the same person.
Why hasn't Miss Piggy ever worn a green dress?
Because it would make people think Luau.
Couldn't the Gieco Gekko join with Yoda and Kermit and become a trio?
Only if the Green Hornet came along and made it a quartet.
What should they sing?
Don't know, but if they also added the Hulk...
Would they line up shortest to tallest?
Can they also call in Al Green?
What would you call an all green quartet?
Why do seagulls fly over the sea?
Because if they flew over the bay, they'd be bay-gulls!
...sometimes served with lox.
Why don't they just call them fishies?
Resurrecting an old thread. Answer the question then make one of your own.
Because fishies sound silly.
Why has it taken us so long to re-discover some of these threads?
...because life happens, apparently.
What has happened in your life lately?
You don't want to know...
Or do you, really?
