Hmmm I don't drink so it's kinda hard for me to recommend anything as all I used to drink Newcastle Brown Ale (never was good at destinguishing the difference between Ale, Beer or Lager it's all brown and comes in pints to me lol), Jack Daniels, Snakebite and Absinthe... not all at once I hasten to add. :p

Waggle Dance is pretty cool it's a honey flavoured ale
    Spitfire
    Bishops Finger
    HobGoblin

The best pint I had EVER was from a wee pub in a place called Zenor in Cornwall, the pub is called 'The Tinners Arms' and they serve ale straight from the barrel and I have no idea what it's called. It came in 3 strengths and the XXX strength was absolute nectar and Joe would LOVE it but it had this horrible side effect... I couldn't stand up after 4 pints of the stuff LOL :p

I miss the UK so bad!! I never lived there, but I was engaged to a Glaswegian for a few years and I have been over there many times. I'm a huge fan of cathedrals and you all have the best ones ever! Salisbury and St. Giles (Edinburgh) are my favorites I think.

I miss Harry Ramsden and mushy peas, and a good old fry up on the weekends LOL

Yeah, we have some lovely Cathedrals here I must admit, infact we have some really wonderful architecture full stop. I'm fond of old black and white Elizabethan buildings myself :)

I love mushy peas but believe it or not I've never eaten Harry Ramsdens fish and chips... but mushy peas mmmm :D

Ok, I will leave the "mushy peas" alone, but a strong beer with "XXX" in the name!

Get me on the next flight!

Zennor from the road... quite bleak but the Church is lovely, there's only a Church, Pub and a few cottages there :D

    The Mermaid of Zennor Legend

I absolutely adore Cornwall and all it's myths, legends and truly magical atmosphere... I want to live there eventually, though perhaps not in Zennor, it's a bit quiet for me :D

Awww I like Scotland too but Cornwall is actually right at the other end of the country :D

It's funny how all the Celtic areas (Scotland, Ireland, Wales and Cornwall) are all very very beautiful and look quite similar :)

Ya, in June I was up in the highlands and it was beautiful. Scotland was one of my favorite places. I would totally live there. The again my brother lives in Ireland so I could go up there and live it up :p

Is there anything you've always wanted to see or try that you can only get in America? (i.e. food, band, etc)

It's not especially something you can buy or see (as in a band) it's just experience the way of life in America. See a skyscraper, a NY yellow cab, and this is going to sound wierd but (stop smirking at the back) see your cops and firefighters... just strange stuff like that I think although an explanation about some cooking ingredients would be good too LOL

I must say though I always fancied going to a drive in movie, do you still have them or is it just TV myth :)

Edit - Ooo oooo ooo how could I forget, yes there is ONE thing I would love to go see... Indianapolis 500 LIVE I love motorsport :D

Awwwwwww... that's a real shame... there's something I want to say about you taking a date to see 'Titanic' but I can't [face_mischief]

You know that question's really got me thinking now about all the things I'd like to see and some of them are really silly things :D
