What's right with it? In the soon to be started SW in Glasgwegian EP 5 "Ra Polis Strikes Back" EK could very well stand in for Hoth as it's always feckin snowing there!

You mean it snows there?!!?? I just thought it was always feckin raining. ;)

And I think a Scot would be right at home in Indiana. In the past 3 weeks, the only days where it wasn't overcast, raining, or both was during the 500 and Celebration II

I don't know about any Jedis from EK, but they can lay claim to Tam "Rambo" McDonald, Talbot legend, Ally McCoist, and Jim and William Reid of the late, but great The Jesus and Mary chain. Still not cool as Ayrshire though

Ex-feckin-scuse me, but I worked in the Plaza Tower in the centre of EK for seven years (before my work had the good sense to move several hundred feet below the frost line)and I can personally attest to the fact that EK is, climatically, not very nice..

I drove my ****ing scooter up through Minx's mulk and the Carmunnock bypass seven winters running, every morning, hangover and all, snowdrifts, black ice the lot, and now the only reason I ever go there is cos my dentist is still up there, and going to suffer drills and pain and stuff seems appropriate for EK somehow...
I still have several friends living up there, right enough, but they tend to come and stay with me in sunny Glasgow to see what life is like without four jumpers on.

    LOL

    Sunny EK.

If you havent got a car you have no hope.

My sister has now moved to Croftfoot cuz she kept getting stranded when it snowed. And she had skanky neighbours (fae the 'mulk funnily enough LOL).

But apart from that...I think EK is ok...apart from the Whirlies.
