Indi, IN Atheneaum needs help again!!

Okay everyone, let me start off by saying, I lost my info for this. I am just going to start with what I know, and update as I find out the rest of the info....

Okay everyone, I cannot emphasize this enough, this is the big one. They need a lot of help for December the 8th (its a sunday) The need help putting out tables, decorating, helping kids make ginger bread houses and tearing things at the end of the night. Its a three shift day, and I cant recall the amount of people needed at each shift. I will find out more this weekend. Like I said, this is huge, and once again, we are needed. I know that I will be there to help. After this one, then there wont be another festival for a long time. Orginally I was supposed to have info for this at the last meeting, but our contact forgot. So come on knights, lets put it together and go out the rest of the year in style!!

SET UP 9:00-11:00 A.M. For the strong hearted! Move and set up tarps, tables and chairs in gym & auditorium. Cecorage christmas tree, reception areas and St. Nik's court etc. Coffee & stollen will be provided.

Supervise gingerbread house construction, Childrens games etc.

Take Down 3:00-6:00 P.M.
For the strong hearted! Take down tarps, tables and chairs in gym & auditorium. Un decorate Christmas tree, reception areas and St. Niks court etc. Libations provided...after take down!

As you can see I will be volunteering at the event. I assure you, and so can everybody else that has volunteered before, that it isnt hard work. Its very easy and to the point. Let's not forget that this is how we pay "rent" for our meetings and parties. So please, if you can, help out!

 

I have to work 7a-7p or I'd help. sounds like a good time!

 

Beldar and I will help with the middle slot.

 

I'll be there for the morning slot. Nothing more fun than decorating a tree or stringin' lights. Clark Griswald ain't got nothin' on me.

 

I will help out with the first time slot! I know it says for the "strong" but by then I will be almost 5 weeks healed up so I should be able to do most everything. Plus, this will allow me to decorate a tree (since I won't be having one of my own...stupid apartment!)

 

I would love to help Ricky but I too have to work.

 

Put me down for the "SET UP 9:00-11:00 A.M.". Is there anything that we need to bring?

 

I'll help out w/the 1st 2 shifts.

 

If I can get a ride then I will help whenever needed. Emerald Greene has to work all day so I will be sitting at home watching reruns of 90210 and MASH that gets pretty boring.

 

Cool people...so far the morn slot is filled. We just need another person for the afternoon slot and 3 more for the take down.

 

I may have to work that Sunday, but I'll avoid it if possible. Sign me up for the last time slot. Taking things apart is fun. Since I'm new and ignorant, could you tell me exactly where the rooms in question are?

 

Just confirming that I've seen this and agree to Dark Snack drafting me into it (would have volunteered anyaway).

 

I can work at the other afternoon slot if you still need people. Gingerbread, eh?
