SNG Attack Of The Clones 9 Postcards RELEASED! (and it's FREE!)

It might be that not ALL the cinemas get them. I know that there isn't any at Jurong East. In contrast, the ones at Shaw Lido were gone in fizz.

 

Ang Mo Kio Jubilee (Eng Wah?) don't have them, I only see some Blade 2 and others of Ads; no SW and the person at the counter have no idea.

And I missed taking a photo of me beside the Teaser Poster!! (*Cursing at my brother 4 being too shy to take my photo there*)

BREAKING NEWS:

My SAF camp collegue spotted a pile of Count Dooku postcards at Shaw Towers today 06 Apr 02, ard 1800hrs)! There were even a few (abt 3-4) pieces of Anakin inside that pile too!

So please, fly down to Shaw Towers (Beach Rd) ASAP!!!

So MALU if own Singaporeans cannot get the Singapore Exclusive postcards...

I'll post more once I see them!

ARGH!!! I went to Shaw Towers (Beach Rd) yesterday afternoon and there were no Count Dooku postcards, let alone Anakins!

 

Hey Yeah I rushed to Shaw Towers on Sunday afternoon, and there wasn't anything! Sigh...

Phew, I went to 2 different cinemas today, and found nothing as usual...in the end picked up postcards of Scorpion King and Blade II! Sigh...

But I managed to get the Anakin Postcard! This guy in school was holding a bunch of them..and although I didn't know him personally, I just went up to ask for one, and he gave it to me!

I'm asking if there is anyone who can spare a Count Dooku one..just one..

 

JaZzYjaZZ - Lucky! [face_envious] Could you get another Anakin from the guy at school? I want to swap Count Dooku for it...

 

JediClare - I'll try! =) I'll ask my classmate who is knows him..wouldn't be too good if I went up to him and asked for another one.

(I also overheard that he and his friends each took "a big bunch" of Anakins..no wonder we couldn't find any!)

Tomorrow (11 Apr 02), the 3rd series of the Star Wars Postcards will be release all over Singapore. The greedy Trade Federation has limited the run to 200,000 pieces for 7 Coruscant days.

It's "CRUCH" time!

 

I thought it was 20,000 copies, not 200,000...

My non-Star Wars friend remembered yesterday that the postcards were coming out today...while I'd forgotten.

 

a little advice: go to smaller further cinemas. Good luck.

 

Actually I feel 200000 is quite alot for a small Singapore, but dunno why people eat it up so fast..

Anyway, I tried asking that guy in sch for more postcards but he said he didn't have any more spares. . He told me he as all three..(the latest being Padme). I dunno if he's a starwars fan or just wants to collect the postcards.

It seems alot of non-StarWars fans are also collecting..like what JediClare has proven

I went to both Lido and Lot 1 today, but couldn't find any...

 

I have a feeling that the postcards are released only every Friday...

So tomorrow, the hunt continues......

 

ASK THE PERSON AT THE TICKET BOOTH!!!

At West Mall (Bukit Batok), there weren't any on the racks, but I asked the person at the ticket booth and managed to get two pieces!

Can't get too many, though. She said it's because it's limited edition.

can't imagine there are sooo many Star Wars fans here! All is see are postcards from THE SCORPION KING only!

 

Yeah I agree the postcards are hard to find...I think it's because it's free, made for a Singaporean!

I asked the person at the counter at Ew Wah's Jubilee (AMK) and she said it was released there last Tuesday! Guess I've to go there everyday on my way home or get moving to Yishun and Junction 8 every Thursday and Friday.
