Well pm me the link since noone is doing it yet.. I aint a writer.. so this may be a good thing.. and you will flesh out the missing act 2 right..

 

Just out of curiousity, but why don't you just convert the thing to an html, and upload it somewhere and post the link for everyone, I can't imagine an html document using up your bandwidth, no matter how many downloads

 

Because I don't want just everyone to read it. Kind of ruins the movie.

Won't make it. Didn't read the fine print on my Key Pixel contract and now I'm stuck on a 2 year fanfilm trilogy deal.

I have a general question about fan film scripts on the same subject...

If you have a script, but you're not a film maker, how do you know that whoever you might send it to will make a nice film, or really get the film done? Should you ask for links to other films they've made?

Sometimes things don't work out.

 

If you could PM it to me... I would like to check it out. Not sure if I could pull it off or not. I'm very new at this.

TO everyone asking, thanks for your interest. I would like for whoever gets this script to have at least some experience under their belt before tackling this. You can ask the people who have read it, but I am not sure this is an ideal beginner fanfilm.

 

At this point I'm just curious, after seeing this thread bumped so many times, could you send it to me anyway? Even though I don't have any resources to produce it? Just to read? I promise not to give away any spoilers

Alright, overall I liked it. The influences are very blatent yet humorous too. I loved how you made, "it could be worse..." and the end of Kane. The latter has become sort of "cliché" but I digress.

The only part I didn't like about the script was the opening crawl. WAY too wordy. Shorten it down. Given a proper greenscreen studio I could get a proof of concept done for this quite easily.

The main duel I envisioned as a Duality type setup, or something similar. The little green lizard was a nice bonus, too.

 

I like it. Good grammar and spelling and such. I like the introduction and the dialogue. Just a few things:

-When Bendu says " last year" I don't think Star Wars ever had dates like 'year'
-Kane and Adem say " NOOOOOO" just between one line.
-You should include that Adem sparred with Kane in the begginning so the little anger thing will fit.
