I just wanted to get a poll of some of the top "attractive" species in the Star Wars universe. From a human's standpoint:

    1) Human
    2) Twi'lek
    3) Zeltron

I'm doing an illustration of five female SW musicians for a personal project, and am too lazy to do that much research. :) Just a quick poll...

How 'bout the Falleen? Xisor was quite the ladies man.

The correct answer is "erudite Core world human Imperial Loyalists of taste and refinement."

    Any other is incorrect.

I'd say most Near-Humans are more attractive than Twi'leks - since they, you know, don't have big headtails or funny skin colours.

    1) Humans
    2) Near Humans
    3) Humanoids
    4) Other Sapients

Leaving out those species that would be indistinguishable from humans on an illustration, some possibilities:

    Wroonians
    Chiss
    Falleen
    Togruta
    Firrerreos
    Arkanians (sometimes)
    Codru-Ji
    Melodies
Low-caste Yuuzhan Vong (a few body mods are hot, but get too high in the culture and you get pretty freaky lookin'.)
Anything female drawn by Jan Duursema (Wow, that is one *hot* Nuknog!)

What, now your tastes are so narrow you won't even accept an erudite Colony-world human Imperial Loyalist of taste and refinement?

Hell, even the Rim has worlds of erudition and nobility if you look hard enough.

Yes, my tastes are so cultivated that I would not accept provincials.

No one has mentioned Hapans. You call yourselves repressed fans? Don't you know they're bred for beauty (COPL)?

They were the first on my list until I realized they wouldn't be helpful to the OP.

Things like Zeltron, Chiss, Mirialians and Wroonians are basically colour-coded humans.

    (Red, blue, green and...um....blue again)

I'm not getting involved in this conversation.

The last time something like this happened, I suggested that Amy Allen was hotter as a twi-lek than not and got laughed out the building. :p

    Well, the channel anyway.

I tend to like my women:

    a) Not bald
    b) Not with massive growths on their head
    c) With ears
    d) With a skin tone within the normal limits of human physiology.

    But I'm old-fashioned...

I'm sure that the female version is even better.

It's a good job you can find them everywhere then, eh? ;)

If twi-leks were actually real and I was aware that stuff wasn't make-up, I'd probably be more grossed out than I am currently.

Funny because if they were "real"...they would likely be desired by a large number of people (well...after the whole shock of there really being aliens wore off).

So as interest in Twi'leks goes up in general, your opinion slides?o_O

Perhaps the allure for ya is the dress up then, rather then the what she looks like...could she trade out the lekku for Zabrak horns and still be hot?

Personally, I think the debate would be moot if Amy wore Aayla's outfit all the time...

    What...she has hair? headtails? what?

    Really? I'm not so sure.

I'm like the economy, stupid. :p

    Most likely, yes.

    Would she still be blue?

No offense to Zabraks, but I still prefer humans. I like a smooth forehead. :p

I do. Do insects not see in the ultraviolet range? Should purple Zeltrons not be attacting a lot of them?

What colour do Chiss look underwater?

What color is a sick Mirialian?

I should have probably written, "Would she still be blue? =P~" to get my point across better.

Hapans, while technically human, are considered to be overly beautiful.
