FF:SA Audioscrobbler anyone?

Does anyone here other than me use audioscrobbler ( http://www.audioscrobbler.com/ )?

Basically it's a free website that keeps track of what music you listen to on your computer (or iPod or Xbox or whatever). All it requires you to do is to download a plugin (tiny program) for your music player (from here: http://www.audioscrobbler.com/download.php ) and to have the program running in the background.

I'm going to set up a SAFF group which allows us to keep a most played tracks for the week listing as well as other cool stuff. Once the site stops being flaky.

Anyone interested? If you like music it's quite cool.

 

So no-one here listens to music on their puter then?

It doesn't matter where the tracks come from, it's just a 'tracking' website. So we can all see what music others are listening to and perhaps find some stuff we might like too.

Just an idea. I'll let peeps know when I get a 'group' set up.

 

I doubt you'd all like the music I listen to anyway - lots of soundtrack stuff, don't really get into club stuff....that which I do listen to, you would already have...

 

Sounds interesting Skip. Always interested in exploring new music. I listen to some stuff at work sometimes from original CDs. Will those get tracked or is it just MP3 stuff?
