Hey guys, I just found out that Mandy and I are basically moving in on the day of the meeting. I can certainly take a break in the moving in, but I'm not sure what's going on with the band schedule, whether they'll need me or not (I'm just equipment crew). I just sent an email to the band people to clear up these questions, but organizing this is still looking like a real pain in the butt!

Honestly, second Sundays of the month have been bad for us this summer. Do you think that for this meeting we could meet on the third Sunday of the month? This is something I'd like us to really consider, but at the same time, if you've already made arrangements to be at the meeting on August 14th, I don't want to ruin that for you. Tell me what you think.

Hmm... well, as for where it would be, I think it would be a lot easier for those of us at NMSU if we had our meeting in Las Cruces, because classes start the next day for us.

 

Las Cruces sounds good to me. Red and I would have all ready been in school for two weeks. But I think I should be able to make it, provided I won't have any plans that day [I don't think I should].

 

Cool, that sounds good! (Wow, that sucks that you've already been in school!) Now we just need to figure out a specific location. I'm thinking that when we move over to Cruces, I'll go in search of a good library or something to hold our meeting in. This way we won't have all that confusion, like at Barnes & Noble.

 

It does bite that we start school but I'm looking forward to it since I'll be taking a psychology coarse and clinical rotations [where we get to go to the hopsital and observe].

Ah well Dove, there's always the September meeting. Hey, Angie I can ride the bus to Cruces. It's really no big deal. I don't want you or Mandy to have to waste gas to come get me if you don't have to be down here. Tell me what you think.
