Welcoming new people:
Michael Laxton mdl9482@msn.com in radio communications and longtime Star Wars simulation computer games player
Interest Groups reports:
Collecting: Eric and Mindy have been preparing for their move to IN and have not had much time for new toy searchers, but Eric guarantees us that he will be able to help us with Celebration III collecting because he has volunteered to work on of the convention tables in April. Jace and Marie both have had some good finds in the local Wal-Mart.
Costuming: Denise had some workshops in July for Aaron?s EOI movie shoot in July. Lisa and Mark attended and assisted with the work on 5 dusters of the 10 and tabards Aaron wanted (due to short time frame).
Denise is currently working to complete DRAGONCON projects and plans to hold additional workshops after the convention and moving to new apartment in September.
Events: Ross is going to follow up on the DVD release costumed event for end of September at Best Buys on US 19. It will be a Saturday and Sunday promotion for new DVD release. Several members have expressed interest in participation for both dates.
Other events on the schedule are:
DRAGONCON September 3-6
There will be a Fanforce dinner for all chapters at Trader Vic?s on Saturday at 5:30pm in the Hotel. Please post to link whether you will be attending if you are going to DRAGONCON.

Celebration III April 21-24, 2005 in Indianapolis, IN
Ticket sales and hotel reservations will be available the end of August, 1st week of September. Make your arrangements ASAP.
Going Away Party: for Eric and Mindy Aug 29 at Moon Lake Park put on b friends and family details will be posted by Codemaker

Fanfilm: Shelved until further notice due to lack of interest and until Aaron completes his EOI.
After no further business was brought up, meeting adjourned at 8:15pm
The chapter then went to AMC 24 Theater to watch ALIEN VS. PREDATOR
