Madison, WI August Meeting

I know in the July Meeting post, Brent said he had conventions and vacations. So, when would a good time be?

 

I'd like to see something during the week, and probably on the west side.

 

First thing we should do is list the days we can meet

Like I know August 4th I'll be busy, other then that I'll be free

 

Pretty much any day will be alright. September will be a little more complicated for Elise and I.

I agree with the Toxic One, since the last two meetings were on the east side, it would be fair to have the next one or two on the west side.

I also like meeting during the week. That you don't have to worry about cramming another thing into the weekend.

 

Let's see what Brent and Val say. Brent's got more commitments this month, and Val wasn't at the last meeting. I'd like to see them be able to make it to the next meeting.

 

yeah and see if Bev and Nat will be able to come

 

Ok Day's that will work best for me are Mondays Wednesdays and Fridays anytime. The day's I'll be gone are August 8th-11th that's my vacation and then wizard world is that saturday. Other than that I think I'm free the rest of the month.

And we are back as well. Only restriction is Mondays are out for us.

 

So I'm thinking the week of August 13th thats the 13,14,15,16,17,18 or 19
with chances being good that the Wednesday the 15 and Friday the 17 working best

 

Then let's look at the 15th.

It was fun to see everyone again.

Sorry that I ditched dinner, I had a long drive home and knew it would be late if I had gone with you guys.
