Phx August Rebel Legion Meeting

I think we got to your house for her car about 3:30am.

 

That must have been a fun drive home for her. ?

I was half way home from Voids and I called my friend who was having the BBQ. It had already ended. Oh I was pissed. I would have headed back but my wife wanted ice cream and there was none in the house.

 

She ended up crashing in my guest room for a few hours, so I hope it wasn't too bad a drive. We have seen evidence that she made it back OK, though, since she's been posting today. I couldn't bear the thought of losing her. I mean, who would I get my kisses from?

 

So could someone update me on the meeting? Please? ?

Plus it always sucks when you loose a chick who likes armor, and wear it to boot.

Duron: Thanks for tryin' to find belts with me on Saturday and sorry the BBQ didn't work out for ya! Thanks to Mobius and his guest room I got home just fine.

Apologies for not being at the RL mtg. First it seems like it was Sat and not Sun. I thought it was Sun so Sat I was doing other stuff. I realized also that I left my only access to the boards, at work, without info on how to get to Voids house, opps . I missed seeing you all and missed Meg, seeing as how she seems to have set up at kissing booth at the mtg . Anyway, I will see some of you at the dollar theatre tommorrow.

P.S. I also would like to know some of these references of yours, i.e what went on at the mtg.

Here's the shortened version MexChewie...

First we worked on costumes and sabers...
Mobius completed his double-saber (after a few tries )...very cool! Later on he dueled with various people which yieled a couple of nice welts on Moe's bare torso and a nice cut on Mick's hand.
IA worked on his Rebel Desert Trooper costume with the help of the Queen and Mara Jade AZ. His shirt looks really good. He also helped me yank some labels off my boots for mine.
Duron and I put velcro on his tunic and scouted through magazines for ideas for our Jedi Armor project.

During the meeting we talked about Copper Con and the Flag Day.

After the meeting we watched Happy Tree Friends..which just ROCKED!!

Void showed us many a-thing on his computer and Jeff showed us how he could contort his body.

Moe and Void started showing me the basics of wielding a saber and I got to beat on Greedo a little..sorry I clipped the you-know-what Greedo! It was also fun sparring with Jeff, Void and Greedo.

Greedo had fun with the Queen's baby and the Blue's Clues head.

I took pics and kissed some men and there were massages to be had from various people...yummy!

All of this of course was done amid much laughter, teasing, sarcasm, and stories! After the meeting we went to DEICIDE's home and scoped out his gun collection and of course his SWEET Star Wars collection.

I know I'm leaving out a TON of stuff, so maybe others could fill in for me.

Oh and of course there were knives to play with, a Blue's Clues head to play with, and a leopard print hat that was hijacked by Moe.

I don't have a website to post pics off of, but if everyone wants to see the pics, I'll send them to you. Or maybe someone could post them off their website for me.
