Sorry you can't make it Scott, you'll be doing great by then though I know :D

I should be up and about by then, so if people want to hang out here you're welcome to. I would suggest a movie marathon, but that may be a better September activity once the new/old DVDs come out.

    Good luck, Scott!

Good luck to Schook too on her surgery.
As always, I never know, which usually turns to a no.

Cool is good! Random stuff sounds good, I vote for something funny and lighthearted... :D But I think we need to give Susan a chance to recover a bit, before we decend on her... who wants to host?

Susan, we will plan to watch the SW dvd's when they come out, if you still want us then... :p

Nascar speedpark is pretty fun, but I don't know how pricey it is compared to other tracks or if it's a central enough location.

Last time I was at the mills, it looked like that place was closed down.

I found a couple places. I know there's one called Bousher Town (not sure the spelling) in South County as well.

    http://www.grandprixspeedways.com/

    http://www.sarfun.com/SAR-Frame.htm

Either of those might work for go carts.

There's a place over here with a couple of tracks and batting cages and stuff. However, I don't know if you guys would want to even attempt to cross the bridge with all the construction. But, you're all welcome here.

Sounds good to me. I'll be on crutches through August, but can still get around a little (no comments from the peanut gallery on how similar that is to before the surgery :) ). Will Scott be up to an outing on the 5th, though? I think that's pretty close to his surgery date....
