Aunt Beru wanted me to pass on the message that even the likes of TK are welcome. It's not his fault he can't read and therefore misunderstood the purpose of the thread.

I wonder if Beru felt as congenial toward TK-types when she lay charred and crusty in the desert sun?

 

TK is a strange, strange person, and I mean that in a positive way. The fact that I say it must mean it is true under the takes-one-to-know-one mentality. He's strange, and he often confuses me, but I cannot deny that he's a funny guy...once again meant in a positive way. I think it would be pretty hilarious were he to submit a story for fan fiction, assuming he could keep it at PG level.

If you want old, does anyone else remember "real" wrestling with the one and only Haystack Calhoun?? I can just remember watching him and some guy dressed up like an Indian with the full headdress.

Nice is relative.

For a Sith, nice is taking the hand off of your son. Or removing the arm off of a Padawan. Or maybe feeling a plasma blade sink deep into the chest of a jedi master.

For a storm trooper, nice is torching Owen and Beru to watch them crisp in the Tattoine, mid-day suns. Or shooting up a Jawa Transport. Or puting holes into Rebel troopers.

For a bounty hunter, nice is watching your target's eyes roll back in their head as the poison from your dart runs its course through their body. Or seeing your opponent vaporized. Or receiving a reward from the local Hutt for bringing back a swanson frozen entree for the local sand pit monster.

You know - I think I like nice threads too.

 

Yes, Bonnie is a *VERY* nice girl. We should feature her on this thread, as she is so *VERY* nice.

 

My nice thing for today:

Good thing: My friend Kim and her friend are coming to visit this weekend.
Scary thing: They're coming for the Brickyard and the overall racing experience this weekend. *sigh* So that means I won't see much of them :/

I presently have 13. We've stopped trying to name them, instead they're just Attack of the Clones. For real, they are free and very good pets for kids. Upkeep is cheap.
