No, I think he meant something a little less innocent than the polka. Pole Dancing is something that occurs in a gentleman's club, if you catch my drift

 

It could be Polonez, Krakowiak, Mazur, Kujawiak... hmmm.... but I think if it's Polish Dancing, it could be Polonez
