Authors Who Have Posted

hello, all!

i've only been going tho the boards sporadically over the past year so i guess i've missed a lot. anyhoo, have any new authors/comic book writers or artists posted in the boards. who are they? and what happenned to salvatore? he dissapearted form my watched list?

 

Check the author's and artists forum. I know Stover posts on occasion in this one still. And one of the Dark Horse guys, forget his name and I apologize to him for that.

A bunch of jack-asses sent him death threats and he got fed up with them so he had DL delete his username

 

Bob Salvatore has a great question and answer thread over at the boards on his official website www.rasalvatore.com. If anyone is interested, I'm sure he wouldn't mind answering any Star Wars related questions.

Anyone know what specific threads Mike Stackpole posted in? I'm pretty sure he's never posted in the Stackpole authors and artists thread, but I may be mistaken.

 

Naw, he hasn't posted since before the move to Snowboards. I doubt any threads he posted in are still on the site.

Some people take books based on children's movies waaaay to seriously, and were actually naive enough to think that GL had no say in the matter. Morons.

 

The authors for the NJO all met at skywalker ranch and planned the basic story arch, of course GL had some say, those *******s

That's so freakin immature and stupid sending stuff like that to the authors

 

Not to mention the authors have no control over who they can and cannot kill. It's pretty stupid to blame them for something they have no control over.

 

They can kill characters they created (ie Mike Stackpole can kill Corran any time he wants and KJA can kill Kyp) but they can't kill any movie characters without LFL's approval (ie Madine) and can't kill any main characetrs without GL's approval (ie Chewie and Han)
