Availability of books

    I think I even have one of those game books - Jango Fett's in it, I think. It was acquired as part of set of books from eBay.

    Fortunately, the first books in any YA series are much, much easier to find than the later books. (This is true even of the obscure subscription stuff like Star Wars Missions.) So you can always just get the first book, and decide if you want to keep pursuing the series. Last of the Jedi and Rebel Force continue the Jedi Apprentice/Quest storyline directly, so you may be more interested in those. JJK and YJK are fairly good in their own right, but they're also much more relevant to the adult storyline than any of the other YA books. If you're going to follow the New Jedi Order and Legacy era series, I'd say they're a must-have.
