    Well, it only makes sense to have it here and not in the last film. As to what could be Ultron, it's probably there for the actors to interact with and have a frame of reference.

    I still think we could be looking at Ultron Mark I- it looks like it could have been based on the Mark II Iron Man suit. Since the teaser shows an Iron Man helmet slowly being pounded into the shape of Ultron's, it makes sense that Ultron would have an initial stage (perhaps before he goes totally evil) close to the Im suit before finally getting a Mark II body.

    Either way, it;s definitely there for reference- for both the actors and set FX lighting/reflection.

    South Korea location shoot footage reveals Cap's new uniform:

    (shows part of an action sequence being filmed, so I guess slight spoilers)


    It looks like a merger of his WW2 and Avengers uniform.

    It's apparently made about $75 million overseas alone in the first opening weekend, which - even accommodating for staggering - is a lot more than the first one pulled off, and about 40% of the previous film's total overseas haul. It's also about on track with Thor: TDW, which made a killing overseas. I'd say we're looking at a financial winner.

    Looks better than his first Avengers suit, but then again that particular bar was so low, that it might as well have been on the ground.

    First shots of Evans in the new suit:

    With this better look you can see it's really a mixture of all three uniforms so far. I also detect some details that might be somewhat influenced by the Bucky-Cap uniform (perhaps we're seeing an eventual evolution towards that design?).

    Also, the helmet wings are raised slightly as well.

    EDIT- Also, the markings on the helmet seem to have a Stark influence...

    I wouldn't think so?

    It's not a spoiler that Cap is in Avengers 2, and I don't think any MCU hero (except maybe Thor) has worn the same suit/costume/uniform in more than 1 movie (plus, ya know, they gotta sell toys), so one would assume Cap would wear a new uniform in AOU as well- and it'll probably be in the first poster/trailer/group concept art released if it's something being filmed this early on.

    Everything else is just speculation on the design details (and possible comic design influences) and not related to Cap 2 plot spoilers.

    Exactly, this is just a static shot of Evans on location. Nothing spoilery about that at all and I wouldn't even call a new uniform a spoiler at all. No more than the Hulkbuster armor was a spoiler.
