    The comics cannot even keep her powers consistent. They're whatever a particular writer needs them to be at the time.

    Given that Vision is being played by Paul Bettany,
    it will most likely be that JARVIS (voiced by Bettany in all of the movies) will either "infect" or be uploaded into Ultron's drone factory, at which point he decides to build himself a body. We were kind of given hints to that in Iron Man 3, where JARVIS helps Tony in the final battle by commandeering the suits when Stark isn't wearing them.

    Pretty much. The probability magic is difficult to translate and given that Doctor Strange has not been introduced and thus the rules of magic, I wager was the reasons why Whedon changed her.

    Also they've said numerous times Wanda is still learning her powers in AoU and has yet to really move beyond the basics. No reason later on Strange couldn't give her some lessons and she moves up to doing more of her comic style magic
