Russians love speed; "Fast and Furious" movies are hugely popular there; lots of wannabe Dominic Toretto types on the streets. And traffic cops need equally fast vehicles to catch them

Unofficially? The traffic police are the most corrupt of all law enforcement agencies in Russia; they are rich; and they enjoy looking cool like that lol

 

Surfing in Russia, Kamchatka, far East, North Pacific




Even today, in July, average water temperature over there is about 13-14 degrees Celsius.

But these guys prefer to surf in winter (that's when the biggest and craziest waves come in there), in water at MINUS 14/15 degrees!
