Let's see, five Jedi, strong enough with the force to sense danger(lightsabers ignited), but unable to detect a thermal detonator being thrown at them.

The film was well done, I guess my point is this; if Boba Fett is such a "bad ass", how come he gets taken out by a blind man with a stick?

 

UGH! Cause Lucas is a dumb a**! IMHO.

Jango got taken out by a Jedi because his jet pack didn't work. Boba got taken out because his jet pack didn't work.
It?s Lucas trying to make another father son analogy. Poorly done.

Besides, you would think Boba would be taken out by an accident, not something he could have controled.

 

I hope they were trying to portray the jedi as broken and lost, otherwise they came off as just weak.

actually that is a stalled spin 1 step away from a flat spin which results in immenent death. He was really stressing about this one as you can see from his facial expressions!

 

Yea, he didn't look happy. One heck of a job he has. But we know he loves it so more power to him.

Very Very Impressive.

I'm quite impressed with it now but for 26 years ago before anyone really thought of SW consuming on this level and before then mass information gathering on the internet (had to use books for reference) makes it even more impressive.

So... Luke went all the way to the Dagoboh system to find Yoda and you found him in a soccer field?

I'm sure my mother has pictures of me from 1979 as Boba Fett (I?m pretty sure it was one of the first in the world at the time) and my 1981 Bespin Luke. I think that was the last time I dressed in costume till 2005 Halloween in Reed Park.

 

Actually, I "found" Yoda up at Cross Junior High, north of Ina Rd.. I know it was October 31st because it was a Saturday, the picture was taken at a costume running event(Yes, I had just walked a mile in that outfit. Even back then, my stupidity knew no bounds!)(What a frenchman!) and I then went on to wear the outfit at a UA home football game that night(hence Saturday), which happened to be Halloween(hence Oct. 31st), so a lot of my fellow students were also in costume.
