    I actually think that one is pretty good. It's still better than the Edward Norton one. Sure it might seem a bit pretentious at it's worst moments but it does a great job at adding mythos to a character that doesn't necessarily have it

    I used to have the same sentiment as you, but I've seen it too many times now. It's simply too boring on repeat viewings. It's been on TV a lot.

    The Ed Norton version is simpler, lighter and has better and more frequent action sequences, making it far better suited for repeat viewings on TV.

    I still think, though, that if you're going to watch either of them only once, the 2003 movie is better.
