ST Bad Robot's Mystery Box? Another Tomorrow or Real News?

Not sure man. I did not spend much time investigating.

 

Well that was patetic news !

 

It is just as I suspected. A box full of nothing.

 

One thing is certain to be in it:

A whole plethora of overhyped disappointment.

 

"Wherefore was that cry?"
"Driver, my lord...Is cast."
"...He should've been cast a hereafter. There would've been time for such an announcement."

TL;DR- I'm becoming angsty for some official info, but it looks like it could relate to a new book of his or something.

 

Lol...maybe the cards show the cast & crew of Episode VII

I'm starting to get the feeling that we won't hear anything about major about Episode VII until Rebels airs. At the moment, that's Lucasfilm's big push, and they don't want to upstage it with movie news.

Rebels premieres in autumn this year, so look for a focus on the Sequel Trilogy soon after that.

 

Filming begins very soon. Expect big news before Rebels hits.

 

Well, I could certainly be wrong. And I'm sure some things will leak out. But I feel like we won't get the juicy stuff till later.

 

The mystery box has this logo on it. I'd be careful opening it.

 

I've love for but doubt there will be any Star Wars news. Now I would almost bet there will be some Marvel news

Here is an interesting quote from Abrams that should give hope to those of us who dislike the so-called "mystery box":

That's encouraging. The nice thing about Star Wars, from the Bantha Tracks and People Magazine days to Twitter and the Insider is there has always been a veil. But cast lists (which we now have) and preproduction paintings (carefully chosen) have always tantalized without giving away the game.

Any oldsters like me remember first glimpses of Ralph's paintings of the skiff in ROTJ? "Omg Luke is wearing all black!" Or that enigmatic Luke meeting Vader on Endor...."Whoa! An AT-AT in a forest!!"

We still didn't know what in the hell was going on but it made for some great playground water fountain discussions.
