W.VA Banner contest

    Sorry, guys, I'm a little late posting this:

    Howdy All !!!

    Well, its about that time to change the Main banner in the NE.

    This is a seperate Contest from the Main Page Banner contest that just took place. This new contest is JUST for the North East Chapters listing Page.

    So everyone fire up their Photoshop or whatever else they may use and start creating a new NE Banner! Let's have fun with this one - Remember its your region guys! Be proud!!!

    Here are the rules: (yeh I know - ugh - rules)

    1. All submissions need to be submitted in the form of a Link sent to Me via PM.

    2. Submission deadline is Sept 30th, 2004

    3. only Members of a NE chapter may submit a banner entry.

    4. EP3 spoilers are not allowed. For definition of an EP3 spoiler please check here.

    On Oct 1 all submissions will be listed here in the NE Discussion forum for viewing and Voting for a period of two weeks. Any questions or concerns please feel free to PM me.

    Good luck to all the participants and remember to have fun!!!!
