BANTAM book help

If you like ships, I'd recommend BFC as the big event that wasn't. I don't remember how many classes of ship were introduced there only to be virtually never heard about again, and now we've got the GADF still sailing around in ISD-2s.

 

The Black Fleet Crisis was years ahead of its time. Years. Probably a full decade. We're more comfortable with nuance and character based storytelling and a bleak outlook and deconstructing the myth now. They're still the best non-X-Wing, non-Zahn books from the Bantam period.

I'm somewhat a minority; I remember enjoying The New Rebellion, even if it was weird. And everyone should read The Crystal Star and Planet of Twilight at least once, just because otherwise, you'll never understand just how deeply weird they are, no matter how much we try to tell you.
