Abq Batman Begins

Batman is here....any interest in going and seeing this perhaps next week? Yvonne daughters will be here next Tuesday and the oldest whose name is Ashley asked me to take her to the movie. So...if you would like....we could do a movie night!

Also....if by some weird chance....someone gets it on DVD or has access to get one...I would like to get one for a friend here at work. He and his wife had a baby 2 days ago....and he is a huge Batman fan! I thought it would be nice if I could get him this since he is not going anywhere for a few months!

I am happy to report that I saw this yesterday and it is perfect! All the stuff I disliked about the previous movies was erased from my head! They did everything right! I could see it 5 more times.

I'm a huge Batman, LOTR and Star Wars fan, so the past few years have been so great in terms of the movies and products available for collecting!

 

That's the bad thing about working nights, I never can go to the movies during the week. Especially since I just got promoted (don't ask he how) to supervisor. I have to stay until 10 every night now. Stupid two jobs.

 

Do what I do: just take a looooong lunch!

Actually, I was gonna ask you to go, but I didn't think of it til I was halfway there, and I left at 5 minutes before it started!

I know how the half hour lunches go also, most of the time I don't get one. I work at Century Rio 24 and the mess in the theaters are usually really bad, so in result I spend my break cleaning. I love my job though and plus I get a lot of free stuff.

I had heard from a lot of customers though that Batman was really good and it is worth seeing. I can't wait to go see it myself!

Most of my lunches are fielding calls from clients. My work has me tagged with a cell phone, so there is no escape!!!! Back on subject...I would love to go see Batman. Hubby is taking the kids on Wednesday afternoon to Las Cruces to see my mother in law, but since I have class, I'm not going, so I am flying solo. Let me know!!!

sorry gecko...i dont think i can watch this one...superheroes just dont get me up and excited for some reason...on the bright side however at least i now like star wars...an oddity for me being born in the 70's and never having watched a star wars movie until episode I showed in the theaters (blame it on my being a sports and outdoors fanatic)...you all have Jar Jar to thank for my interest in star wars =0)
