C-21 Highsinger, because I don't know much about Snoova, and C-21 worked with Boba Fett and was really skilled. He was The Clone Wars version of IG-88, and I even think that he could put up a good fight against IG-88.

Bric vs. Latts Razzi

 

I am going to go with Bric.

 

Latts Razzi, she seemed pretty skilled when she was working with Boba Fett, and she also briefly fought Darth Maul, Savage Opress and Pre Vizsla along with three other bounty hunters, but all we got to see Bric do was beat up a Clone Trooper.
