C2-N2 wins. I'd actually pay to see this battle because it would end up being so hilarious. See-too would just stand there and try to talk WAC to death while WAC killed See-too with his awfulness.

 

C2-N2 after a bit of fight. WAC-47 seemed to have a lot of luck on his side in TCW against battle droids, but C2-N2 was able to beat enemies in SWTOR with his fists.

PROXY shouldn't have too much trouble winning, since he was able to put up a good fight against Starkiller, who was one of the most powerful Force users ever.

Nah, M1-4X. It was said that he could've been shot for a month or something like that before his shields were pierced. Of course, that was with the upgraded quantum shielding which he later lost, but he's still a very powerful droid, probably the Old Republic equivalent of IG-88. However, he had missiles instead of blasters, so he'd probably beat the IG droid.

IG-88 would win this after a bit of a gun fight, as he was one of the best bounty hunters in the galaxy.

OOM-series battle droid vs. R5-D4

 

I would say an OOM-series battle droid couldn't even beat WAC, so I'll vote R5-D4.

 

I'll give some support to the OOM series here. They had to worth...something.

 

R5-D4's motivator could just malfunction and then distract the battle droid with smoke, while he finishes him off. Plus apparently he's a Force-using droid that was responsible for the entire Star Wars saga. But really, the battle droid would win this quite quickly.
