Battle of the Fanfic Authors!

Okay, the idea for this board started on Page 12 of jainasolo2001's fic, Prelude (click here). Basically what you do is choose an opponent from the boards (might want to check with them first, to make sure they agree), then write a humorous battle of words and wits between you and said opponent. See the aforementioned thread for an example. Trust me! It'll be funny!

After all, did anyone else think of writing a Jaina/Jag story where Jag is shirtless and Jaina's wrapped in a towel? I please males and females at the same time!

Sticks: I can't help it! I'm grounded!

Melyanna: I try to update at least one of my stories every day.

Sticks: Oh yeah? Well... Some of us have lives! (Sticks sticks out her tongue)

Melyanna: Ooooh... At least I included a shirtless Jag in my fic!

Sticks: Well... Your overall plot is weak, the premise is flimsy and contrived, and the first-person viewpoint reminds me too much of... (deep breath) I, Jedi!

Melyanna: But... Jag was shirtless! And Jaina was wrapped in a towel, thus appealing to both genders of readers!

Sticks: That doesn't make up for the uncanny resemblance to Corran Horn's novel-length ego trip. And what's with the whole Mara-mentioning-the-prismatic-lightsaber thing? Come on. Can anyone not tell that will come up later in the story?

Melyanna: Oh yeah? Well, I think it was pretty obvious in the second post of Home that one or the other of the Fel twins would end up going back into the old galaxy, and... and...

(Melyanna collapses in tears. Announcer holds up Sticks's hand.)

Announcer: We have a winner!

Okay, I'm done laughing now. And to be honest, I don't know if that whole prismatic lightsaber thing is going to come up again. It probably will, or that would be a wasted bit of possible foreshadowing.

I got tired of waiting for Womp-rat, so I went to his fic thread- "Rogue Squadron Jaina/Jagged Fighter Fic" and fought him.
Go check it out, I think it's pretty funny.

Of course I could be wrong....
