yes that mode is mostly what i played. love using jedi the whole time

 

I could never get why, outside of sentimental purposes over the admiration of the characters, some people chose the likes of Chewie, Solo, and even Princess Leia. You were always at such a disadvantage against the Jedi or Sith holding light sabers.

 

That's why I used jedi.

Yeah, they better not turn SW into some top secret franchise, with every new novel/game/movie/show being kept under wraps until a few months before release....

 

There was an announcement of a book duology by Paul S. Kemp made back in 2010 and nothing since. Pointless now because of Legends but until we get close to that we have nothing to worry about.

 

Yea. Star wars has always been a spoiler happy, sneak peak franchise. The entire ROTS was even featured in lego star wars 1, a month before the movie.

I don't mind, it gives something to look forward to.

 

Having actual footage to dissect makes it even more exciting to look forward to. When you have nothing, it just kinda kills the hype. Not for me, personally, but for others I can see this happening. As another user pointed out, SW was never all Area 51 on us. We got behind the scenes docs during filming, novels before the film release, and the Lego SW 1 game let you play ROTS before it was even out.

 

I don't have a PS4 yet, but plan on getting one by the time Battlefront comes out for it. If they came out with a bundle package, I'm sold.

The worst thing about this whole secrecy is that too much hype is creating too much speculation (which isn't bad ) along with Hype ... which through the course of history we know what it led to ... Pain and Suffering .

 

I'd assume it wouldn't be more than about $400. There are "Last of Us" bundles at Best Buy for that price.

 

I was thinking more of the added cost of a whole new console, compared to just a game. There's a big difference there.

My only glimer of hope is that battlefront 4 and star wars episodes 8-9 are not as heavily censored as far as promo material goes. This seems like a new hipster trend to keep things overly secret in movies and gaming these days.

 

there id speculation that we'll be seeing some more games from EA at the Celebration. Some are assuming we'll see the revival of 1313 or even a new Open World game

I'd like to see more than just Battlefront, maybe other games they're working on, and maybe the future of SWTOR and whatnot.

 

Well, they probably aren't announcing another game for awhile now.

 

Oh, they're working on more. Again, Visceral is working on an open world SW game due out next year. EA has a 10 year contract with SW, ya think they aren't gonna capitalize on that?

 

I don't know if it's due in 2016, but we do know for sure they are working on something.

 

I wouldn't be surprised if the Visceral game's title's announced. Maybe a bit of info.
