In the third season Kara (Starbuck) Thrace will have her head shaved! No kidding folks. Also she becomes a widow. A new and surprising love enters her life. Surely not the copy of the Cylon she tortured. The copy that found Anders and asked where Kara was. Oh and Kara's ordeal in third season makes her rededicate her life to the military. As if we needed another reason to love the reinvented BG...

Kevin Smith (Clerks creator) gives it a thumbs up. Go to his site and read what he has to say about B-Star-G. As smitten as Mr. Smith is with the show one has to wonder if he might not direct or write a future episode. Can you imagine what an episode written by Smith would be like? It boggles the mind in a very pleasurable way. Smith's all about the 9-11/War On Terror allegory. So I can guess he'd want to do a highly political episode. Maybe we should start a letter writing crusade to have Smith direct/write some BG.

Yeah, but is there any truth to the PREQUEL / SPINOFF rumor????

 

The actor that plays Baltar was interviewed. He states that the third season is remorseless and darker than ever. He says that the wheat gets separated from the chaff in season 3. He says he is not sure if Baltar is the wheat or the chaff. Hmmm...not a spoiler, but very directional, eh?
