Amph Battlestar Galactica: Blood & Chrome

Hard to believe this actually going to see the light of day. Next thing you know someone will make the Star Wars Sequel Trilogy.

For the love of the gods, Syfy, please turn this into a full fledged series.

 

Where are you guys seeing this? I've been looking all over the TV Guide channel for it, but I haven't seen when it airs. Are they not doing any repeat.

i watched both episodes. they were mildly entertaining. i'll probably keep up with it.

 

i do not think i will watch this blood and crumbs.

I hope this get picked up as a series. Adama kicks SO. MUCH. ASS. No wonder he loves Starbuck so much. He's doing exactly the same kind of crazy crap that she does.

 

Maybe it's not hitting me in the same way that BSG did because it's only available on the web so far. Having the battles on a regular TV screen makes everything feel more epic. It's got some great fights, but all I can focus on is the super obvious CGI. I'll still keep watching.

 

I agree. When I'm not geeking out over Adama's retina detaching stunts, I'm wonder why they didn't just put this on TV. That's clearly where it belongs.

 

Because it's SyFy now and they only care about wrestling.

The whole series is supposed to come out on DVD in January. That should help.

Saw Episodes 3&4 last night...now it's looking better, even on a measly PC screen.

 

I forgot this existed, i got to go and check it out.

 

Did man and women share showers in the SyFy BSG too? In episode 2 they are standing next eachther all mixed up up and there no awkward moments because some male equipments ''salute'' the ladies. It seems irrealistic.

 

So Adama is Luke, Coker is Han, and the doctor is Princess Leia, right?

Anyway, I'm enjoying it.

I don't relate at all to needing to see these episodes on a TV-- TV screens in general are too distant for me. I much prefer watching on a computer screen of some kind. I like what I've seen so far, and hope it gets turned into a series. The battle scenes have been terrific, and the Osiris scenes were on the level with some of the best equivalent scenes from the main series. Very straightforward, without any of the exaggeration that too often afflicts such things.

 

Irrealistic?

 

I Like What i see so far, though Season 2 of caprical looked like it would rock.

But this is BSG, so I am sensing mass betrayal coming up, every thing about this milkrun reeks of fish.

 

I'm liking it so far. It'll be interesting to see just how crazy this new guy is.
