While in rich text mode, click the arrow next to font color (the A with a gray underline), click "More colors," then click "Named Colors," and scroll over the various colors in question. It loosely but not perfectly corresponds to the names here (exceptions tend toward the weird end). You can also use the color's hexcode if, say, you want to get your Derek Jarman on with #002fa7.
