I am happy to announce I have not sufferred an injury on this list. I have had a near miss on a bike. The one that stuns me here is(with a database!):

Vaginal injury from slipping and high heel shoe went into vagina. As a former shoe saleman let me state that high heels are not only useless but dangerous.
