St. Lou, MO Beer Meeting

I'm easy.

 

We know that, the question was if you wanted to have a beer meeting. Sorry I had to Some weekend in the near future sounds good to me.

 

I am open this weekend and the next. I am going out of town the weekend of the 19th. So what night is good for everyone else?

 

I could probably swing next weekend.

 

I MIGHT be able to swing next...Sat. the 12th.

Let's not have it somewhere too touristy = $$$, if you know what I mean.

 

I'm out...I'll be traveling the globe...or at least the state. But, I'll make sure I'm drinking beer at some point during that weekend wherever I am.

 

Where we talkin'? Show-Mes or someplace else? (like Ozzie's or something?)

 

We haven't been to the Landing in a while, let's go to the Show Me's there.

I've never really been in the Trainwreck at Westport; I'd vote there or somewhere near there just out of curiosity.
Or a blues bar. But you knew that.

 

Trainwreck's always too noisy to just sit and talk. We tried that at the Landing a couple times. I'd prefer someplace quiet.

 

I think the Landing sounds good. I vote for there...

Eh. I can't do the Landing. Too far away from me for just a couple of beers. The only time I've been over there when I was basing out of IL.

What kind of people would we be if we let our younger members be involved in a BEER meeting? It would be unethical...

 

Since we all live so far away, we usually compromise on the Landing for our Beer Meetings. Some of the people who go live in IL and some here, so it's a more centerpoint for everyone to get together than Westport. Also the Show Me's there is open to all ages. I'm not saying that we have to go there, but that's why we choose the Landing in the past.

Honestly, I don't if I'm going to be able to make it this time anyway. Randy and I were thinking about celebrating V-Day on Saturday night cause he has jury duty and a night class on Monday. I forgot that was this weekend.

 

Jon went to the one at Show-Me's when he was 20, it's a resturant too. He just had soda.
