Beer Meeting? Count me in.I'm in the Overland area if that helps anyone out that might want to carpool.Actually I was thinking of riding metrolink down there.It stops right on the landing and its not that far from my house.

 

Also...maybe not for this meeting but the next...what about the Loop, maybe Blueberry Hill. I love that place. Shooey...I'm in Fairview Heights and I am your age group (I'm 31, married, blah blah). Is your wife approximately your age I'm assuming? My husband is also a Star Wars fan but not to the extreme I am. By the way all...I WILL be there...maybe not early but I will be there.

 

Dagobah_Diva - My wife and I are both 31. Went to high school together, but never talked back then. Kinda crazy how things like that happen. look forward to meeting you.

Lazer tag went well, not many people but that's life. I was too lazy to take picts and we couldn't inside the actual tag place, too much shooting going on. It was nice meeting Jedi_Commender_Faofa and KD though

Hope to see you there kddidit, I think this will be the largest attendence yet and it's an unofficial event.

Nine of us? Wow, a big table!!

 

We did Dajuan...no one came but us! Must just be a good time of year, or maybe a bad time thus the need for beer.

 

It's almost Friday The wife just might come with me too.

 

I'll definitely be there no later than 8pm. I have the sniffles so nobody take my beer. Is anyone going to be wearing anything funky so I can spot them?

The cold transformed into a sore throat and is trying to transform into death. I did not go to work today and hoped to feel better by now.

This is damn frustrating, but as of 6pm, I'm not too mobile.

I am trying hard to contain my cuss words.

 

Just wanted to say I had a great time! It's nice to put some faces with the names. Trader, Diva, Dajuan and Randy (I know he doesn't post, but you can pass it along for me), it was my pleasure to meet you guys and I look forward to getting together in the future. Hope everyone made it home intact and without incident. Seeing as some of us, not mentioning any names, did not pass the Breathalyzer 2000 Thingee

Well, glad you guys had a good time. Sorry I couldn't make it, but my stay in Memphis was extended - I'm back in Columbia now. I was in a total communications blackout when I was down there, but I think I'll be a bit more reliable from now.

Bail and kddidit - hope you're both feeling better soon and we can get together for a cold one. It would be nice to go somewhere that everyone get in. I said it before, but it's so nice putting faces on the people you post with. And I know there's several in here that haven't hit the magical 21 yet.
