It looked like a walking helmet, like it had a mind of it's own. Congrats on your new son, the helmet

"For it shall be a great heirloom to my people, all those who follow in my bloodline shall be bound to it..... It's precious to me."

"It's mine... my own..... myy precciouuussssss"

the deleted scene from Episode 5 inside the Meditation Chamber when Captain Piett walks in to inform Lord Vader about the status of the hunt for the Millenium Falcon.

    Fade In Meditation Chamber
Vader is sitting in his chair unmasked, Admiral Piett walks in through the side door as Vader mutters.

    "My precious is so pretty."

Vader turns to Piett after he puts his helmet on.

    "What is it Admiral?"

"The Millenium Falcon has entered an asteroid feild, and we dare not..."

"Asteroids do not concern me Admiral, only my helmet, I want that ship, not excuses"

    "Yes, MiLord"

Piett walks out as Vader mutters "My Preciouusss..."

    Fade to Black

bleh... maybe its Spaceballs 2 I am referring to...

For anyone who is interested the helmet is doing very well today the fingerprints have been buffed off and a shrine created so that all who behold it will have a place of worship. (p.s. I cant see out of my window anymore, but on the bright side the mantle for the fire place was to thin to support it[face_mischief] ) Also if anyone would like to discuss the helmet with my husband feel free to call as I am sure he would love to have someone besides me hear all about it. :)
