The maestro Williams has created many memorable scores. What's your favorite? Doesn't have to be his best work- can be a guilty pleasure (but really, is any of it bad? No...)

Indiana Jones got my vote, but specifically, the Temple of Doom soundtrack is the one I play the most often among the 4 films in the series.

Full score is probably a tie between the first Jurassic Park and Raiders, but my favorite track is the main theme of The Lost World:

Either Hook or Jurassic Park. I actually prefer them to anything else he's ever written, honestly. My top three Williams scores are:

    Hook
    Jurassic Park
    Revenge of the Sith

Besides the Indy scores, I really like the soundtrack for Seven Years in Tibet. Williams working together with Yo-Yo Ma was just awesome.

Wow. I was shocked to see how many people voted Indiana Jones, and how LITTLE voted Jurassic Park! I honestly thought Jurassic Park would be the close 2nd.

I myself am standing proud as the 1 vote so far for Harry Potter! I just love every bit of that soundtrack. Although JP is close for me. I still really enjoy Indiana Jones, but mainly just parts of The Last Crusade score. Amazing stuff there-but not enough to put it at the top...

Believe me, I absolutely love and adore the soundtracks to all six Star Wars movies like you wouldn't believe. Having said that, my all-time favorite movie soundtrack is Raiders of the Lost Ark. There is something just magical about that soundtrack. It actually moves me, that's how amazing the soundtrack is. John Williams was nominated for an Oscar for the Raiders soundtrack, but how he lost out to the Chariots of Fire soundtrack that year is beyond me.

Nominated for an Oscar 49 times, and won 5 of them. John Williams is a God. Not THE God, mind you, but a God.....

Raiders of the Lost Ark is Williams best work imo.

Its got a biblical quality suitably in the right places:

It complements the action perfectly, this one in particular is my favourite piece of music to an action scene:

    Its perfect I think.

As great as the Indiana Jones soundtracks are the soundtrack to Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban just mesmerizes me to no end. It definitely is my favorite of his outside of Star Wars. It has this wonderful fantasy feeling, even somewhat Christmasy.

Here's a favourite of mine from JW's early work that tends to get overlooked - probably because the film itself was a notorious flop, although The Missouri Breaks has since been 'rediscovered' as a flawed gem:
