mmorpgs are big deals, they make more then any other games out there, even 'failures' like anarchy online shadowbane etc, have tens of thousands, even hundred thousand subscribers paying $14 a month to play the game.

for the gaming industry they are a big deal.


I just hope with deus ex 2(pc demo is out installing it now) they didnt destroy it by also bringing it to other consoles, console interfaces suck and pretty much always will suck till there is a better device for selecting then a analog stick.

 

*Gags* True Crime was the biggest disappointment of 2003. Yes, it gets props for its accuracy. I'll give you that, but it has a terrible fighting system, lame gameplay, and such awful one-liners that would make you cringe.

Oh yeah, I found True Crime to be so dissapointing that I haven't touched it in awhile (sometime around its Second Episode or so). I have the Xbox version and, honestly, I expected better. I went and bought the GTA Double pack and, honestly, those two older games are tons more fun than this piece of crap.

 

I'm also going to have to go for GTAIII/VC

Illegitimate games. GTAIII was originally released in 2001, and VC in 2002.

 

Well if the Deus Ex 2 demo is anything to go by then I think it's KoToR.

Why? Deus Ex looks like it has great physics and all but everything has been oversimplified for the console version to be the same. And they have made some major changes that don't help the game at all. Universal ammo for weapons etc.

 

KOTOR for PC.Everything in this game was absolutely amazing in everyway.
