Idaho Best Movie This Summer

Just out of common curiosity, I was wondering what everyone thought was the best movie so far this summer. My vote is tied between Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines and X2: X-Men United. Both were great...but I guess I'd have to choose X2 for the shear fact I've seen it more times.

 

I would have agreed with you on those two, but I saw Bad Boys II last night and It blew me away. Non stop action and the best car chase this summer in movies. Even better than the chases in Matrix and T3. It was Just a fun movie.

 

um...Matrix Reloaded or X2--the only ones I've seen

 

I've only seen X2... Sheesh, I get out less than Skywalker...

I haven't seen everything this summer but I've liked alot of what I've seen. I think Matrix Reloaded was my favorite mainly because of all the speculation fodder it created and the big questions it raised.

So far here is what I rate the films:
X2: A-
Matrix Reloaded: A
Hulk: B
Terminator 3: A-
Pirates of the Carribean: C
League of Exraordinary Gentlemen: B

 

I've only seen X2... Sheesh, I get out less than Skywalker...

Should I be insulted? :/

 

I don't know... but I do feel like I've "jipped" (sp?) myself... I need to get out more with my friends and go to a movie (when I'm not working a swing at JC's - which lately is never.)

 

I think my final vote does come down to X-2 just because I've now seen it about eight or nine times (including the dollar show). I just loved the story, characters, and was overall just very pleased by the whole thing. Terminator comes in second, Pirates third. Freddy VS. Jason is coming out soon though...laugh...hey, I think it will be fun! But which will win?

 

Micheal Myers...Chuckie...Pinhead they are all jipped not being included. jason wins...

 

Personally, my favorite movie this summer is X-men 2: United. It has a perfect blend of story and action. Plus it is very easy to follow, I especially like the scene at the beginning with Nightcrawler fighting all of the agents and cops at the museum, a very mysterious, but action pleasing scene.

 

I think you mean in the WHITE HOUSE. Quite a difference there.
