Going all out if the following eight combatants where to meet on the field of battle with toys of choice and full use of known powers who would be the victor? ( Note: Disregard previous alligences every man for himself. )

    Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn ( tPM:1 )
    Sith Apprentice Darth Maul ( tPM:1 )
    Bounty Hunter Janga Fett ( AotC:2 )
    Jedi Guardian Anakin Skywalker ( AotC:2 )
    Jedi Investigator Obi-wan Kenobi ( AotC:2 )
    Jedi Master Mace Windu ( AotC:2 )
    Bounty Hunter Boba Fett ( RotJ:6 )
    Scoundral Han Solo ( RotJ:6 )

    Just have fun.

I am still thinking on this one, hehe. Tough scenario here... By the way, if anyone has any questions, when he means throw allegiances and such out the door, he is referring to Jedi Code and EVERYTHING. So, chew on this and lets see what people think!

Mace Windu would have a landslide victory, no not really a landslide. Him and Obi-wan would be really close. But Mace is the man, supposedly undefeated. I know im probably gonna hear a buncha crap for this one, with the purple lightsaber and all... haha

I disagree. Mace's reputation would make him a target for the others. Nobody would want to face him one-on-one, thus they would work together to take him out early.

My money would be on Han. Most of the participants wouldn't see him as a real threat and ignore him...a dangerous thing to do.

Ok, here is how I think it would go down:

Boba and Jango would work as a tandem. Period. If it were to come down to just them, I dont think they would fight each other. They are "father" and "son" and blood runs thicker than any allegiance, so I dont think they would ever take up arms against each other.

Maul would immediately go after the Jedi, as his very being despises them to the core.

Anakin would immediately charge into battle, being the headstrong jedi that he is.

The other jedi would try to size up the situation first.

Han would get the heck out of the way, for starters.

    So, with that said...

At the start of the battle, Jango and Boba would assess their surroundings and put them to use as best as possible. Working together, either they or Darth Maul would quickly dispatch Anakin, as he blindly charges into battle, and would be our first to fall.

Qui-Gon would take up a defensive position, as he fully believes in protection and defense, not offense. At least not until he is outright attacked. Darth Maul seeks the biggest challenge to test his skills, so he engages a battle with Mace Windu. Obi-wan, having practiced duel attacks with other jedi in the past, sees this as a good opportunity to dispatch either Maul or Mace, which again, probably pose the greatest threat. The three lock horns, and while focusing heavily on the whirling dervish attacks of Darth Maul, Mace falls to Obi-Wan, who takes advantage of the distraction. Maul falls shortly after, as his anger towards Obi-Wan in stealing his kill clouds his thinking just enough to cause him to over-extend a strike at Obi-Wans head, and the kill goes not to Obi-Wan, but Han Solo as Maul has opened up a shot to the best marksman in the galaxy with a DL-44 Blastech blaster pistol.

The tag team action of Jango and Boba rain armament down on Qui-Gon, whose defenses keep him alive, but he is backpedalling fast.

During that spectacular firestorm, Obi-Wan makes his way towards Han. With a strong force push, Obi-Wan sends Han to the ground, his blaster flying from his grip. But Han falls over a dead Mace Windu, and grappling for anything to help him as Obi-Wan comes in, confident of the kill, he feels something that seems to be another blaster grip. He whips it up to try and blast Obi-Wan, pushes the button, and to his surprise a purple blade streaks out and impales Obi-Wan dead in the chest. Luck, as you may know, is ALWAYS on the side of Han Solo.

Qui-Gon finally falls to the overwhelming combo of Jango and Boba. As they both nod to each other in a salute, Jango turns toward their last prey, Han Solo, who is quickly recovering his blaster. He never sees the killing shot coming from Boba. Boba stands over the fallen Jango, and quietly says to him, "sorry, dad, but only one of us can win. Any less would of been disrespectful to all you taught me." Boba then looks up find Han in close range, drawing his blaster on him.

Han and Boba stand face to face, their weapons pointing at each other. Simultaneously, they pull the trigger. Boba has a misfire (imagine the luck in that?) and Han.... does not.

Han stands alone, the winner of the contest.

Muwahahaha... didnt expect THAT did you?

Scene begins with an pass-over of the Arena ( AotC:2 ) which is jammed packed with cheering and screaming fans. Eight different doors on the Arena floor open and the announcer begins is spiel.

"Welcome one and all to the first annual Best of the Best, no holds barred, anything goes tournament. We have several noted combatants. But first let's have a big round of applause for the Hutts in making this all possible. "

The crowd which is hardly being restrained erupts in an enormous cheer and wild hooting. One by one the combatants begin to enter. Through the first door a green blade hums to life and Qui-Gon Jinn steps into the Arena.

"Introducing first, Jedi Master Qui-Gon Jinn"

Qui-Gon bows to various sections of the Arena and walks to the center where he raises his blade in a defensive stance. The Jedi scans the landscape with his senses. Cautiously he spins to face the next man to enter the fray. The crowd screams their enthusiasm as another figure casually walks into the Arena.

"Give it up for your favorite smuggler and mine, Han Solo!"

Han throws his arms in the air and feeds the crowd. With blaster still in the holster, Han walks past Qui-Gon as if ignoring him and starts to work the crowd a bit more. Qui-Gon again looks for the pending threat. Not waiting for or needing any introduction Janga Fett blast into the arena and flies straight for Han which causes Han to hit the ground and Qui-Gon to roll out of the way before pulling up into a spin thrilling the near out of
    control mob to new heights.

"The one and only Janga Fett!"

Slowly, Han gets to his feet and begins to dust himself off cursing the bounty hunter the entire time. Not to be out done, another bounty hunter blast out directly across from Janga's opening to perform the same maneuver except this one is inverted in his flight. Again Han takes to the ground as Boba Fett comes within inches of his head. Boba stops at the same level as Janga and lifts a little higher almost in a mocking way.

"What about that! It's none other than Boba Fett!"

A blue lightsaber is seen in the dust as the next Jedi takes the field. Once in the center Obi-Wan gives a brief nod to his former Master and a slight smile to Han who is up and cursing even louder. Above it looks as though the two bounty hunters are not being as chummy. Janga's flight posture is an offensive one while Boba is fling casually.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, I give you Jedi Knight Obi-Wan Kenobi!"

Suddenly the crowds silences which causes all attention to focus on another doorway. The Jedi stand in defensive positions, the hunter ready blasters and Han finally draws his blaster. With cowl drawn, a heavily robed figure walks halfway to the center. Slowly his head rises and the robes come off. Darth Maul sneers at all of his would be killers. With a slit to throat gesture he calls out Qui-Gon Jinn.

"Looks as though Darth Maul is ready to begin."

Before Qui-Gon can take a step, another Jedi Master enters the Arena. Again the crowd erupts into a storm of chaos. Mace walks toward the center but is still behind Maul. On the other side of the Arena young Anakin Skywalker sprints to the center. Not wanting to be too close to a Jedi, Maul moves to the side allowing Mace plenty of room to reach the center.

"And our last two entries Jedi Master Mace Windu and Learner Anakin Skywalker."

Once all the assembled come to the center, a small floating platform lands among the group and Jar Jar Binks steps out wearing a referee shirt. "Mesa wants a clean fight oh kee day. So boy-yoos yousa begin!"

Without losing a second Maul runs up and stabs Jar Jar in the chest. Anakin lops off one of Jar Jar's arms, Obi-Wan takes the other one, Qui-Gon slices him across the mid section, Mace chops off his head, while Han , Janga, and Boba keep blasting until there is a little left that is not dust. The crowd becomes deafening with the cheers. Then all hell breaks loose.

Janga Fett starts blanketing the area with blaster fire which causes everyone to scatter.
