New Jersey Best theater for EpIII

I was wonder where is the most exciting place in South Jersey to see EpIII? For TPM I was at the Cross Key theater and ATOC the Burlington theater. Both were sold out, but didn't have the level of exciting I've heard stories about.

Any suggestions for a midnight EpIII openning? If the digital theater in Edgewater has a midnight show I was playing on going up there, but if not I'm looking for options.

 

My Uncle told me there's a nice theater down in the Middletown area that will do a Ep III midnight opening. It's where he went to see the ROTK midnight opening, I think.

But there's a lot of good theaters.

 

The theater in Edgewater is great for opening night. It's pretty big too, and since Gary and I live right up the hill from there, maybe when it gets closer to the date, we'll go down there and speak to them about doing an event there.

There's also an AMC in Clifton on Rt. 3 that's pretty big. Those are the two main theaters that I always go to.

 

Jersey Gardens theatre is a Digital projection theatre. exit 13a.

 

Last time I checked Edgewater and Elizabeth were the only two cities w/ digital theaters. Where is this Jersey Gardens?

Edgewater is sounding good, especially if you guys set up something.

 

Jersey Gardens is in Elizabeth.

 

I prefer the more quiet, subdued midnight show.

Saw TPM at Marlton 8...and AotC at the Burlington Regal.


Not a huge fan of the Burlington Regal...but it is about 1/2 from my home...so it is easier to get to than Marlton 8, UA Moorestown (Mall) or Cherry Hill Loews.

 

I have absolutely no clue.

 

EDGEWATER was good. We also played the Ubergeek role and got tickets in advance. Digital is the way to go.

We might have been in the same theater for AOTC. Did you have a black couple in costume? The man was Darth Vader and had a lightsaber fight in front of the theater before the movie?

 

Monmouth Mall in Eatontown has a pretty good deal. They got the nice stadium seating and everything. The only problem is...well...I'll let Ant tell you that.

When they first walked in somebody yelled, "Who's with the a$$hole?" She gave the finger in reply.

Burlington had more excitement than Cross Keys did.

Edgewater is sounding good for 2005 though.

 

Mike the best theatre around us is at freehold mall cause its a THX theatre.

 

Yeah true but they have crappy seats and don't have the stadium seating. So that's one pro and one con for Freehold.

 

When it gets closer to the release date, Gary and I will talk to the Edgewater theater. They get REALLY busy down there.....the parking lot is always full. It's the only REALLY good theater in the area.
