For 2006, who is the best villian thus far from these top noms

    Kevin Spacey-Superman Returns
    Philip Seymour Hoffman-Mission Impossible 3
    Clive Owen-Inside Man
    Sharon Stone-Basic Instinct 2
    John Hurt-V for Vendetta
    Ian Mckellen-XMEN 3
Lewis Alsamari, Omar Berdani, Jamie Harding, and Khalid Abdalla-United 93
    Paul Bettany-Davinci Code
Davy Jones-Pirates of the Carribean 2
    Rick Hoffman-Hostel
Mel Gibson-His DUI arrest and taped confession of being an anti semitest

    And the winner is

    PHILIP SEYMOUR HOFFMAN

    'Applauds'

He was the most believable of the whole group. He really was creepy, and a real sick son of a BEEP in that scene where he held Tom Cruise and his wife at gunpoint. I got to give the man props. He made Tom Cruise cry. And that was awesome to see.

But everyone did an aweosome job playing the villians.

    Who do you guys pick?

Moleman edit: Most of these characters are non-SFF related. If you'd like to request a poll, please do so over Census. :)

I think it is interesting that you did not add "V" to that list. From a certain point of view, he is a villan. He killed defenseless people and destroyed government buildings. Even though it may have been justified, he is still techinically a villan.

    So,

    V
    Davy Jones
Magneto (I haven't seen X3, but he was great in the first two, so I don't know why he wouldn't shine in this one)
