Best/Worst Star Wars game of 2002?

Well it may not be popular with everyone but I liked Clone Wars the most. It had a lot of variety and a lot of replay value.

The worse game is obviously Attack of the Clones for GBA. Nice gfx but it was not fun to play at all.

 

The only new one I've played this year is Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast (Dark Forces III!). I liked it a lot, but since I'm not really into internet play, I don't come back to it as much as I do X-Wing Alliance.

 

I only played GameCube and PC Star Wars games this year, so I can't say anything for GBA.

Clone Wars and Bounty Hunter were awesome, so there's no complaint there. Outcast for the GC was ok, but it's a lot earier on the PC.

Outcast was the only Star Wars game that came out on the PC this year, wasn't it? Well, other than Clone Campaigns I guess.

So...I don't really think there was a worst on the PC or GC, but as for the others, I don't know.

 

Jedi Starfighter came out for the PC. Which wasn't very great.

Best: Jedi Outcast. Worst: AOTC for GBA

I've only played Outcast and Clone Wars. Between the two, I'd have to say Clone Wars.

Worst: Episode II on GBA (by far.. Actually, that's the only Star Wars game that i didn't find at least SOME enjoyment in, this year)

Best = Jedi outcast, great game, cool graphics and a great story line.
I can't say as if I've played any other starwars game on my PC but I did like a starwars game that my friend had, I think it was Dark forces. But that was a while back.

 

Clone Wars is good fun but when you can beat the game (ok, so I did it on the easiest setting) in a weekend, you're sorta left wondering "why did I waste $40+ bucks on this when I coulda rented it instead?".

 

Well the worst SW game of 2002 is IMHO Jedi Outcast. That's simply because it's the only SW game of 2002 that I've played. So that means it's also the best.

I've only had my computer for two years and Jedi outcast is the only star-wars game I own so far.
When is Darkforces coming out and where? Wall-Mart?

WORST: Jedi Starfighter (any platform)

I played JS on the Xbox, and I'm just not a fan of that style of game. I still think that X-Wing Alliance is one of the best types of space combat/sim game. I'd like to see a follow-up in this series.

Huh? It's been for about a decade.

If you're talking about the DF mod for JO, the first level is out, with more to follow over the next couple of years.

 

I'd definately have to say CLONE WARS FOR PS2...Bounty Hunter was a close second, but Clone Wars was definately the best...

The worst is probably RACER REVENGE...now mind you, I've only played Jedi Starfighter, Clone Wars, Bounty Hunter, Racer Revenge, and Jedi Outcast, so I still have some test-playing to do...I'm not saying Racer Revenge was a bad game, but it's not as good as the other 4 games...

 

That must be what I'm talking about.

I believe I've only played 2 Star Wars games that came out in 2002 which are, Bounty Hunter and Clone Wars, both for GC. I think they're both great games but I guess I like Bounty Hunter a little better

BTW, I still think Rogue Leader is the best Star Wars game of all time.

 

I've only played Jedi Outcast and Rogue Leader, but I like Jedi Oucast better. I didn't like the arcade-style of Rogue Leader.
The best sims are still X-wing and TIE Fighter.

 

I believe Rogue Leader came out in 2001.

 

Rogue Leader came out May 2002 in Australia so it's still valid.
