Do you think they'll manage to release a new album?

 

Yeah, i think they will. Alex was on the Johnny Ross show a month or so ago, and he was saying that, having written his book (which reminds me, i need to go buy and read!), he realised just how much fun they had, even when they were scrapping with each other.

He mentioned that they were definitely talking about making another album, and that he thought it was very likely to happen.

Have you listened to/got The Good the Bad and the Queen?

Yeah, I knew they were thinking on getting the band together, Coxon included. I liked his solo stuff, by the way, but it wasn't as good as I expected it would be. Kind of disappointing. Have you listened to any of it?

And yes, The Good The Bad And The Queen is awesome. Dan Abnormal's creativity is endless.

And yes, Damo is a legend.

What makes him so glorious is his shrugging off of expectations, and heading in the complete other direction without any fear at all. He proved he could hang with Oasis in the charts, way back when, and having proved it, he just went: 'Well, enough of this bollox' and set off on the road marked 'creativity', whilst Noel and Liam floundered around in his dust and their own white powder...
